Refund Policy

At DESIMA, we provide digital services, IT consulting, software development, marketing solutions, and customized professional work. Due to the nature of these services, all payments made through our website, payment links, or WooCommerce system are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement with the client.


1. No Refunds for Digital and Professional Services

All services delivered by DESIMA are considered digital, customized, or professional deliverables. For this reason:

  • No refunds are issued after a payment has been completed.
  • Access to consulting sessions, digital assets, or project time begins immediately upon payment.
  • Fees for software development, IT work, marketing services, or digital consulting cannot be returned once work has begun.

Clients acknowledge and agree that refunds are not available because our services involve time, expertise, labor, and custom work that cannot be “returned.”


2. Exceptions Through Written Contracts

In cases where a specific project includes a formal contract, Statement of Work (SOW), or commercial agreement, any refund or partial refund conditions will be clearly stated in that document.

If no written agreement mentions refunds, the default policy of no refunds applies.


3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments for the same invoice or service
  • Billing errors caused by the payment processor
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent charges, once verified

If you believe a payment error has occurred, please contact us at info@desima.us with proof of payment.


4. Service Cancellation

A client may request cancellation of a project or service at any time. However:

  • Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any amount already paid.
  • Any remaining unpaid balance for work already delivered or hours already spent may still be due.

DESIMA may, at its sole discretion, choose to stop work on a project after mutual discussion with the client.


5. Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact DESIMA directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute with their bank or payment processor. Invalid disputes may result in account suspension.
